Haroshi x Nike Dunk Hi – Another Look

“The special edition Dunk was actually created from decks belonging to skaters from Nike’s own pro skate team and include boards from the likes of: P-Rod, Lance Mountain, Eric Koston, Brian Anderson, Cory Kennedy and many more. The pair is actually modelled on a pair of haroshi’s own well-worn shoes. These detailed shots, illustrate each of the creases, crimps and even the knotted laces worked into the sculptures. Interestingly the curvature of the decks accurately matches that of the used Dunk, which is portrayed as a hidden message within the art. A second subliminal message is found under X-ray scanning, where “Sole in soul” is revealed, making a pun the skate artwork that finds itself on the underside of the shoe.”

The high top sneaker features a white leather upper with black Swoosh and a sort of “Do the right Thing”-era pattern over parts of the upper. The sneaker is now already available from Kasina.

Nike Dunk Lo “Purple Tiger”

A new Nike Dunk Low GS has been released. The sneaker comes in a black leather colorway with extensive parts of the upper being covered in tiger pattern faux fur. Other accents on the shoe are set in yellow. The sneaker will be released in December at Atmos.

Nike Dunk High Metallic Pack Detailed Look

Now that the shoes have begun to become available through certain Nike retailers, we can provide you a much closer look at the execution on each of these shoes. Something that stands out with the gold pair is that the mid-panels are actually black, whereas the silver pair consists of silver on the mid-panel as it does on the rest of the shoe.
