Drake Headlines Five Album Assault From Cash Money

For a long time, the only real music that came out of Cash Money Records was a Lil Wayne album.

After several years of offering nothing new the CEO of Cash Money, Bryan "Baby" Williams has announced that the label will be releasing five new albums before the end of 2009.

During an interview with Allhiphop, Baby announced that Drake's album would be the first one to come out.

“Drake album, my album, Young Money, Wayne album. We gon’ put ‘em all out in one month, September going into October, G. Malone and 2 Pistol probably come out in between all of that.”

With Drakes Single "Best I Ever Had" still holding a firm spot on the charts, and the sudden rise of young money's hit "Every Girl," this seems like the best time to get these artist out and Baby looks to take advantage of the buzz that all of his artist have at the moment.

He talked about the sudden popularity of their songs citing that some of them have actually been out for a while.

“And it’s just coincidence that all our songs popped off at the same time since some of them been out longer than others,”

Fans who are anticipating Waynes release can look forward to hearing his album "Rebirth" as well as a Young Money Compilation that will be released on the same day as his album.
