Lil' Boosie Back In Jail, Hit With Four Year Prison Term
Back in September, Louisiana rapper Lil Boosie was sentenced to two years behind bars after pleading guilty to drug and weapons possession charges.
The 26 year-old rapper, real name Torrence Hatch copped a plea deal to avoid trial. And was sentenced to two years in prison.
Boosie was back in court Monday (November 9th) to receive his final sentence, which was to be set as a 10 month bid in prision, if he followed all the terms of his supervised probation.
Boosie had been on house arrest with an ankle monitor. The monitor indicated that on more than one occasion, he had violated the terms of his release. District Court Judge Chip Moore revoked the probation, and sent Boosie straight to jail.
Judge Moore, with no questions asked, doubled Boosie's original sentence of two years, and ordered him to spend the next four in prison.
Lil Boosie is scheduled to finalize his prison bid in 2013.
