Not my favorite Wiz by any means. But I mean Im very happy for him. Seems just like the other day (2 1/2 Years ago) we were blogging him on here and telling people he was hot and no one gave a shit. But in America you see the process. When your hot...damnit your hot. So many hits were on Flight School that it just kinda saddens me that commercial songs like this kinda plague all my favorite artist when you reach a certain level. Im not talking about weed songs and shit either just I mean radio friendly but yet "Real Wiz" hits on some of his previous mixtapes never got the light of day but yet now this is gonna be everywhere and probbably is the 94th best song he has ever made. Album of The Month November 2011- Drake "Take Care"

If I had to sum up Take Care in one word, I would say its growth. If theres one thing that Drake has shown us since he came into the rap game, its that he is, if nothing else, consistant. He has a formula: Rap a lot, sing a little, do a hook here and there, and bam, you've got Drake's whole catalogue in less that one sentence. Thats not necessarily a bad thing, and in the case of Take Care, Drake seems to focus more on perfecting his forumla rather than expanding it, while still showing us that he's gotten better.

MIXTAPE OF THE MONTH-September 2011- Future - "Streetz is Callin"

Another Classic under the Belt of the hottest artist in the Country right now. This dude is so on fire he is starting to make this look like Gucci Mane reincarnated again with a whole new "lingo" and wordplay. Although not a lyricist by any means, Future has the rhaspyness and alertness in his voice to wake a mid eastern village! His beat selection is perhaps the best I have seen since the old Gucci Mane as well. I dont know what it is but when your hot ...you ARE HOT! & this dude has it right now. If you cant see that then you are a getwit just like the rest of them. Here at Cartel Living we listen to artist earlier on and love them and watch 2 years later the world loves them...& beleive me Young Future aint no different. "AINT NO WAAYYYY AROUNNND THATTTT"
