Here at Cartel Living our #1 Goal is to constantly promote a well rounded lifestyle in all aspects. Without making this some deep discussion on down south music and quote on quote Gangsta Rap, we would like to say there is great music out here from several artist that people sometimes hate on just because of the message and the demographics of the artist. In my opinion there is a huge seperation with the music and the clothes and technology that we love so much. So many times the brands we love dont favor the music we like and there is no connection with all walks of life. Here at Cartel Living we love all music as long as its hot! I dont care about color, region, looks, or whatever you can possibly discriminate on..Just give me hot music! So before you judge the artist based on your pre-conception of the person, take time to listen!!! All music doesnt have to be serious all the time. All music doesnt have to have what New Yorker's call "Real Hip Hop" with scratching and beat boxing. Depending where you are from you may have your own opinion of music and you need to respect everyone else's form no matter how much you dislike it! Gorilla Zoe Feeding Time...
Gorilla always comes with his own unique delivery and is just an ANIMAL! Respect Zoe. Creative and Aura flows all day (Fu*k Swag...all aura). Maybe not his best work but has some good songs on here. Check it out..Deffinetly worth the listen.
Tity Boi- Trapavelli. This is my wild card pick right here. I have a unique ear for different deliveries and flows. This dudes flow is different and has a Aura (Fuc* Swag) along with it that is matched by none. Once you get past his name ( FYI: Tity Boi is just a down south term used for saying Mommas Boy) and listen then you might just like. You may know Tit best for his song with Wayne as part of the Duffel Bag Boys "Little Duffle Bag Boy" . Maybe not the most lyrical I agree but just fun to turn up and ride to it and feel good! Lets Ball out in a Recession with Trapavelli! (Why So Serious? LMAO)
Dro & Young L.A - Young L.A has been making big noise since the end of 08 with hits like " Aint I" & "Fusturistic" but now he teams up with the original Swagged out Shawty of ATL= DRO! This is kind of a best of for the last couple of months...check it out.
Heartbreak Drake....Interscopes new franchise player laces us with his new project featuring all of his new leaked tracks as well as his classics all in one spot!!
I cant say enough about Drake...Probbably the best Rapper with Young Money right now. Out shines Wayne on most of the songs, and is just a genius. Combines the singing with rapping in a manner that has never been done before. This guy is the future of Rap I promise. If he doesnt make it...it will be 1 million other people that will make it with this same style. This is his "Best of" Mixtape...but its still not even his best..Without being on his Johnson anymore than that intro right there, pretty much he is very very good and if you dont like this guy then you just dont like music.
