A breakout star of Tent London, Vladi Rapaport is a 27 year old Ukraine born, Netherlands based designer. His latest collection, called ‘Vanitas’, is inspired by the popular mode of still life painting in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. When asked about his collection, Rapaport said, “My goal was to combine the idea of thinking about death with a modern design vision, and to allow the user of the product to enjoy every moment of his life by surrounding him with the Vanitas symbols”.
